@stargroup: yeah. i still need to send to npv, Kommi and Puppet first because we don't know what to pull just yet.

@Kommi: no thanks. other than stargroup, we have 36 files and 3 files that could potentially be accepted. that makes 39, which gives us space to pull 6-9 files. so we're good there.

usually anywhere from 35-70. most elite packs fall in around there. anything below or above usually seems to lose newness more quickly (like Newgrounds KBMP or VGMP2).

edit: yk if you reaaaaaaaaaaaaaly want to and you know the file will be ****ing epic, send it in so the remaining three judges can submit.

Overblast!!- 4/5 in light of the song, about as good as it gets.

Winter v2- 0.5/5 I really try not to be an asshole when I review a file, but this is flat-out terrible. Freeze usage, jump usage, layering and consistency can all be bearly seen in this. Of course, ILOTS (i think you should figure out that anagram), it's nothing that I haven't seen before. But I'd rather it hadn't been stepped at all. Sorry for being an asshole.

Oh snap, can you add this fix moches? I had it in the file but my computer crashed and I didn't notice it was missing in the latest fix.

The last 4th note area before m80



also! orange take off the note before 73 measure, the one just before trills, after an orange jump

and the one 16th note after a blue hand before measure 98

and first 16th after 116 measure

(this is my last runthrough through the file with a lower rate, spotting these tiny errors).

That is all I spotted, 4 very minor things.
