with torrent added as a judge, what would it mean for the requirements for a file to be accepted? if you want to be lenient 4/5 OR 18/25 but if you want to be strict and have better files 21/25 or better, IMO.

I'm going with 18/25, because that means 3 judges rated 4 and 2 judges rated a 3. That means the majority of the SM community will like the file. If one judge rated 5, however, and there were still a mix of 4's and 3's adding up to 18, someone really liked it, and that's even better. So 18's a logically fit mark.
Also finally Trippicrunched is going to be sent in! It's been, like, 6 months.Comment

You weren't being cocky at all, you just counted your chickens before they hatched. Don't worry about it.
Also judged last two files.
!: 3/5 Technically accurate, but…..so annoying to play! Make a Heavy without the annoying jack-**** (No I'm really literally speaking).
Paper Rhoeas: 3.5/5 One of the best Sharpnel files ever made, but that’s not saying much, now is it (other than BF2014). There are some things that still bothered me though. On the vocal section, I’m not sure those should be 8th jacks or some other pitch relevant pattern. Also, when the freezes come in, I may have seen some inconsistencies here and there. Lastly, the sample is so horrendously generic I actually considered not playing this, but eventually did because it's a Kommisar file. That’s actually the one thing timewaster did better than you (even though the actual file made me blow my lunch). You’re restepping this anyway, so I’m just reviewing this for kicks.
Yeah, I'm pretty damn sure ! can be accepted if robertsona lays off on the 1734-footer crap. Same goes for Papaver Rhoeas, even though Kommi said he was restepping it.
