nishiazabu water systems song basically, so if you can, have some like waterworks or something as long as it's not like an actual picture of them or something because that would be <_>

Tougen Emaki- song is by Na-Sai. very japanese techno. make it blue-themed.

for the gfx, have something that can dazzle and stuff. not all sparkly and **** but like :ver 8): cool ****
