noteskins are nice but have no effect on version choice lol. there's already plenty of decent noteskins for 3.95

and most of the best skins I already ported to sm-ssc/sm5 and even fixed the bugs some of them had+ all of the that dont have solo suport have solo in the sm5 version

and I'm making even new better noteskins so
