Pack idea - Single song pack

I'm interested in seeing how stepauthors' stepping styles differ from one another. Here's a pack I'd like to see being made:

1) Pack chooses a single song and distributes it to the people. They are allowed to step this song only.
2) Every simfile is accepted without being judged by the pack director.
3) Simfiles have identical gfx and cdtitle. Difficulties are based on NPS. Titles are numbered so that people can properly review simfiles without confusion.
4) Reviews are pm'd to the pack director so that one's reviews don't affect the others'.
5) When enough number of reviews are gathered, pack director releases all the reviews and reveals stepauthors for each simfile.

Any thoughts?

That sounds fun. One of my friends was talking about having a Ctrl-R style stepping competition. Thats kind of only something you can do IRL.

The best part is the organizer can sync the file at the start! Thats the least fun part of stepping! woooooo

Edit: Oh yeah, I'd do this if we were given a blank, sync'd .sm file

- Restricted song choice = nobody will contribute
- Reviews = I hate reviews
- Single = Single sucks

but besides this it would show who's the best in the business

Why nobody will contribute ??
This isn't confirmed but when you restrict the song choice to 66 amzin bemani songs nobody steps them.

Why do I hate reviews ??
Because I don't step file for your asses LoL I don't need your feedback therefore I hate reviews (o:

maaan when i read this i thought you meant that you were gonna make a pack with only one file in it as part of a stepmania commentary

would totally be in for this. now i need to hurry up and buy a new computer. but yeah, 3 max, playing the same long song will get boring quick before playing all the different simfiles.

I really REALLY like this idea. Count me in.

PS: I think it would be better if the song is under 2:30 so that way, more people would step the song.
