I play alot on SM and the only felling i get is the felling when you just finished a nearly impossible song.

I only get that when im warming up. After i'm warmed up, there's no pain and i can go faster than i can without a warm up.

But then it hurts whenever i hit it. This could have to do with the fact I cut my finger nails very short. Also I sometimes bite my nails (don't know why).

And yeah... just force yourself to not bite you fingers, and when you do clip them, clip them to the point where there's at least 2 - 4 mm left from what was originally there if that happens.

I just suck it up... it doesn't hurt too bad, plus i don't even notice if i'm doing well. It sometimes helps to run your hands under some hot water before you play.

i have played ALOT and the only thing that hurt after wards was my fourarm, it was kind of sour (cant spell) i think i dislocated my arm by playing DDR but thats diffrent ^ ^

Normally my right wrist starts to cramp up.

Ditto, usually after something like Fury of the Storm (back when I first played it). I'm not even left-handed so I don't quite get it.
