How to get better at dumps?

Of course just playing them will make me better but
I'm struggling really much if it comes to fast (280bpm+) streams, even without jumps planted. I can read and play the slower ones, but 280+ (180-190+) 24ths I can't play and even read properly. I end mashing them which makes me pass them for ~70% (or not passing)
Of course I don't talk about 12341234 mashes, which I do pretty well. But for example 1234321 or 123123234234 is problematic. Not talkin about 142324123432314... you got it.
I can play 200bpm JS quite comfortably, We Luv Lama 76%. I think my JS skills are "okay" for now, and want to focus on those faster streams.

Is there any way to improve other than just playing? How long would it take? And can you recommend any songs/exercises which can help my skill increase?

PS yeah you guessed it, I want more pp for HAELEQUIN because I sucks at those 342 staircases.

I'm assuming you're talking about spread mainly because I know you can do 280+ BPM streams on sprindex.

Have you considered using your original arrow key setup for spread? You'll be able to do streams faster there and transition to sprindex if necessary. As for your jumpstream ability, 76% on We Luv Lama (assuming the 13, Heavy for SM, but the comment still applies if it's Oni) isn't "okay" for you I think, you should probably work on jumpstream more. I could give you a list of jumpstream files you can try at your level if you want, both on o!m and SM.

Reading is essentially pattern recognition at faster speeds, just play more files at that speed and you'll more than likely be able to get the pattern recognition down. That's how I managed to improve my reading anyway, but you can always reduce your speedmod accordingly (but not on o!m because fixed speed increments are way too large).

I was stuck at 280 for a long time, but when I adjusted my posture and technique, I was able to stream faster. Having good form can affect your streaming ability by a landslide. In 2 weeks, I was able to stream up to 330 bpm 16ths. Also, you could try playing long pad charts to increase speed and control. If you want to improve your jumpstream, play the nuclear jumpstream packs. I hope this helps.

Play with event mode off, then for the last song in a set, play a song you wouldn't normally pass and keep doing this until you pass it. Of course, make the song something reasonably passable and just a step up from your current skill level. It also helps if you like the song too, so try to do something pleasant to listen to, not some sharpnel song you're sick of because "I just gotta pass it yo."

I mainly recommended using the arrow keys in general due to the fact that you're more used to the orientation of your fingers more than anything else. The usage of sprindex is a plus, but definitely not the main reason why I recommended it. However, since you're already used to spread (Danshi and AtH AAs show it), you might as well stick with the setup you have at the moment.

Anyway, your main issue is definitely reading. Definitely try playing something that you can read and hit with some strain (say mid A mainly) and try to get them to AAs and repeat it ad infinitum. If that doesn't work, you might want to see what your issue is - are the notes simply too dense for you to recognise patterns but the speed isn't or is the speed of the notes just too overwhelming for you? If it's the former, increase your speedmod. If it's the latter, decrease your speedmod. If it's both, practice on harder stuff.

Do consider what Mahou said though, technique is a pretty vital part of gameplay and you might be hindering yourself unintentionally.

I actually really like DJ Sharpnel songs, NB and Yolomanias are only pack I play regularly (well now I got the Dump Parade and Yolo Dumps 1).

I think my fingers are bit too slow, especially if it comes to one-handed job like 1212 patterns or jacks/jumpjacks. In addition, I know that most dumps have high speed, easy patterns so they are playable. I cannot read even those easier patterns (or, I cannot find transitions from one pattern to another: 1234 123 4321 432 1234... aka haelequin pattern is a classic definition of "easy to read, hard to play"). This will come in training for sure, but I think I'm doing something wrong.

If it comes to posture, I play on QPad Mk-50 with wristpad (so my wrists are on it). I use mainly my fingers, and not wrists, to play stuff (unless jacks). I'm sitting in a rather straight position, my fingers are at ~80 degrees angle to keyboard. I think I've seen people play with more than 90 degrees angle, rather with nails than fingers.

I will practise Dump Parade for a while. Any other good Dump packs other than Yolo Dumps?
