don't shit talk on it, this is my current biggest contribution to stepmania

first of all you are too bad at solo for this pack and i don't know why you give advice to people about solo when you are the only one dissing the BCMPs and this pack
also i'm pretty sure they are already better than you and they don't necessarily have to play your shit so let them play whatever they want
if you want to help the community the best thing you can is to shut the **** up

to other people:
SIRIUS pack is generally harder than BCMPs and I would say overall it's the hardest pack to date because it's the only pack where nothing is aimed for beginners but this is my opinion
every other packs have files that are aimed to beginners in order to practice
BCMPs are like it's called bemani conversions, these are reference packs for solo players but it requires a good level because only another/expert (hardest charts of their respective games) charts are converted unless for the latest BCMP (the 6th one) which I highly recommend
and they are still easier than SIRIUS because bemani don't always push songs difficulty to their limit
so basically if you can play the harder songs of BCMPs you have reached the required level to play and enjoy SIRIUS and that takes time
however as I said I will fix this difficulty issue with LINCLE by providing several charts per songs

don't listen to him I made more solo charts than him I'm better than him and I can also play 7k/BMS he doesn't know what he's talking about
of if don't want to listen to me then listen to bmah he's better than me and he's KOOL

got the two goods on the 16th jumps at the end (rofl nerves)

I owe you guys for the help, after i started playing the listed songs i could feel myself getting better each day

And for the Sirius pack, honestly i feel like its helping ALOT, the more i play difficult songs that i can barely manage, the easier the songs i could manage become

Honestly, there's no tried and true way to get good at solo. Seriously. Just keep playing and you'll get better. I stopped playing 4key for the longest time when I first started solo.

Also don't mash. That doesn't help.

Or just play a lot and play on shuffle to recognize different patterns faster.

Well, I went to Patashu's "get started in solo" thread via siggy, noticed the noteskin I use wasn't mentioned. Since this thread is alive and kicking, I figured I'd link to it. Reminds me a little bit of Pop'n, makes solo super easy to read IMO.

I feel you haha, i just felt like i was so much better at 16th stream/broken stream/jumps, than i was at chords as a whole
But now i feel up to par and more balanced
