I know it's a launch and all but I do hope it gets better over time. Current version is a massive yawnfest. It's like a clunky version of Stepmania. Well, it IS Stepmania, but it is nevertheless clunky.

Thirdstyle is meant to be somewhat music-centric, as it's more profitable to focus on music than rhythm gaming.

Just checked it out. I think summerschool did a nice job and all but I just don't like it personally. I guess we'll see what happens as they do more with it but I don't think it will matter much because of the sm feel. If I want to play sm I'll play sm :/

Isak gets major props to me - engine looks REALLY sweet and seems like it runs pretty damn smooth. However, I still refuse to join the community for multiple reasons.

I think it's okay. IMO, those who are more into the music would probably like it as it focuses more around that. Those who like the gaming side of it probably won't like it as much. Engine looks nice, runs real smooth, but honestly, if I wanted to play stepmania, I'd open up my stepmania folder instead of going online to something that may lag due to browser lag.

Not to mention the speed mods are horrible......

The game doesnt look bad, its gameplay and features though are not that good. So its looks can be deceiving. I'm prob just going to use the site as a music source and get music from there, but game wise, far from being in my interest.
