    Torn legs

    When I play songs like My Summer Love or Rythem and Police, my legs feel like they're gettin torn apart. So, i can't pass those kinda songs. Does anyone know how to get ur feet workin for those kinda songs?

    Summer Love is all about Jumps. Do songs like Jam Jam Reggae and Afronova on Standard to build those muscles. For Rhythm and Police, it's all about the crossovers baby. Practice songs, especially like Can't Stop Falling In Love Speed Mix and Exotic Ethnic.

            Yeah, basically just practice at it. End of Century on standard is a good training tool too.

                R n P is all crossovers, practice songs on a slower music speed to learn the beats, then gradually go faster

                  play flat footed. You wont be using you caves and you wont have to move as much.

                    I have two styles I use for playing DDR:

                    Flat-Foot Style
                    This style uses my feet when they are flat. I use this style when I need to save my endurance for songs like the Maxes, Paranoias, and A. I basically only use this style when Im tired.

                    AAA or Ball of Foot Style
                    The AAA style as I have called it, utilizes the balls of the front of my feet which keeps me elevated off of the pad and keeps my feet and legs loose to move. I use this style when I'm normally playing or when I want to AAA a song like Holic. I use this style most of the time and during Tournaments.

                            when you have to cross one of your legs over to hit the other arrow

                            example:

                            say the pattern is left, down, right , down , left ::repeat::

                            -you would use you left foot for the left arrow
                            -then your right for the down arrow
                            -then your left foot again for the right arrow
                            -then you right foot for down again
                            -and your left for left again
                            --::repeat::

                            or there is another way.

                            say the pattern is left, up, right, up, left ::reapeat::

                            -use your left foor for the left arrow
                            -use you right foor for up
                            -use you left foor for right
                            -then your right foot for up
                            -then your left again for left
                            --::repeat::

                            you can also do this when the arrows are going the other way too, just replace your left's with your rights and rights with your lefts...just practice them...im sure you have seen other people use them you just didnt know what they were called...watch peoples feet next time you see someone play

                            cross overs take a little practice to learn...so practice them at home if you can

                            this was probably my longest post i have ever made...make it usefull or i will eat you
