Some of you have posted songs to pratice on. A really good one is to to Captain Jack (Grandale Remix) on Light. Some of you may think that's too easy but it's a good way to work up endurance.
How come I must know where obsession needs to go?

How come I must know where the passion hides its feelings?

Or you could take up skateboarding and get really good at it. Skateboarding uses an incredible amount of calf muscles. I've been skateboarding a TON recently, due to our skateboarding class (I love Oregon =D), and I've noticed that I've had a LOT more endurance. The other day I even did a Max run (the three maxes all in a row) AA'd Max300 last song, and I still wasn't tired. I'm even able to pass max300 and Legend of Max no bar now due to increase in stamina. Exercise is the key to build up muscle strength and stamina.

Actually I found out that doing So Deep, CSFIL Speed Mix, and Dance Dance Revolution helps build endurance as well.
