I say no too.

However, I do say yes to deleting all those old threads that aren't epic enough to be remembered. =) If we're talking about conserving space, I think this is the most direct action that could be taken.

You guys arent looking at the point. It's to prevent mods from having to waste their time lecturing newbs and careless people when there could be a autolock feature.

I'm not a fan of the idea, but I'm not against it, either. If it's implemented just exclude CT and stickies.

I tend to go against the norm in saying that I'd rather have someone bump an old thread than have someone make a duplicate thread where everyone yells "Use the search!" I think it's pointless to lock old threads, it's like saying all that was said was said and no more can be added.
