MP just hangs at "Loading MP"

Profile chat says "Login incorrect!"

Video Chat says "wrong username/pass"

My account and IP are not banned.

It's your username. More specifically, the theta and sigma symbols.

I don't know if it's deliberate, but it is a known fact that people with symbols in their usernames can't access MP and Chat.

Your only options are to either live without MP and Chat, or create an alt.

I'm not being an asshole, but I definitely don't appreciate the condescending tone you bear in this thread.

I've already told you what you can do in my first post. No one can help you. The fact that you chose to put those symbols in your username is the sole source of your problem, and it cannot be rectified at this point.

For the sake of clarity, I will repeat myself.

You have two choices:

1. Live without chat and MP and keep your username.

2. Get a new username.

I definitely don't appreciate the condescending tone you bear in this thread.

It seems ridiculous that you so quickly imagine condescension, a "tone" even, in few words designed with the sole interest of being addressed.

If this sort of moodiness is what I can expect to find here, I suppose I should take your advice and stay away from activity involving others.

You do not appear to speak with any sort of authority. As you have given me no real solution to my issue but merely sidestepped doing so with rude remarks, I will leave my inquiry to someone who does.

The irony here is that YOU are the sidestepping the issue.

I don't know how else to explain it to you, but you're not going to be able to receive 'help'. Do you understand this? I have told you several times now what the issue is, and that it cannot be fixed. You must make another account if you wish to participate in the user features.

I do not have to speak with authority to tell you what is happening. I have experience with this website, so allow me to speak from my experience if the authority you seek is absent.

The multiplayer login function parses unicode incorrectly. Thank you, but you still have told me nothing that I was unaware of before my initial post. I said this once already, now please stop wasting my time.

It is a bug. It is not complicated to fix, one way or another. The versatility of usernames--spaces, non-alphanumeric characters, etc.--should be either extended to chat and MP features, or disallowed entirely.

Haha, thanks. It should be repairable on FFR's end, though. I understand that a fix probably is not worth the time, especially when people like foilman are subscribers and so far I am not.
