Do your fingernails ever get in the way when you're playing FFR? Because I play one handed and it makes me mad when I try to AAA something and fail because of them.

I think the OP's just asking if you share his/her experience. Yes, that happens and it's annoying if I'm getting lazy, but it's all good once I cut my nails.Comment

Re: Probably an overasked question but...
Absolutely, especially when it comes to jacks and trills. The nails scratch against the keys and it sucks.Originally posted by hi19hi19oh boy, it's STIFF, I'll stretch before I sit down at the computer so not I'm not as STIFF next time I step a fileComment

My fingers slip and my timing can also be off if my nails are too long.

Re: Probably an overasked question but...
The fingers on my right hand always have a dece amount of nail-age on them (classical guitar, hype), and it tends to get in the way a lot.
I'd probably screw up a lot less on right handed shit if I trimmed my nails as short as on my left.

My nails haven't been a problem except they split the keys in half

I keep my nails short, but they don't really affect me if they grow out.Originally posted by apersonyoloComment
