Whatever gets it closest to 350. That's usually 2. I use faster speeds for smaller TVs.

DDR- no speed mod, leave at what it is, unless another person is playing on the same level then i may put on 8x for show

SM- never use speed mod just music multiplier

2X for everything, except stuff above 225, which i use 1X, and below 125, which i use 3X.

I try to get most songs to 450 - 550. So, since most songs are about 150 - 200 bpm, I use 3x.
