    i think your trills usually get better when you get better. at least thats how it is for one handers...

    when it comes to 2 handers, i understand that they usually have one weaker hand than the other, but i just use one hander, so its a lot easier for me.
    yea, that is the main challenge with us spread players is getting ambedextrous and maxing out both.

        perhaps the only advice i can think of is focus on those arm position changes and try to make them faster and better..

          every style has its drawbacks spread is probably mostly having trouble with even trills. tbh, i dont know what most one handers problems are, cause i use different fingers than almost all the other one handers, but i do know that my drawback is up and down trills. index players when they start have problems with jump streams, and when theyre good, hands are their hardest thing.

          lol, my 1 hand phsiology is alien to most other one handers too lol, but thanks for the advice, i do have to work on arm movement a bit.
