    How to win

Here's how to master this game the fastest:

    1.) Play alot (Obviously)
2.) Pick the finger style most comfortable for you, although spread is generally the most efficient.
3.) This one's important: Trill all the time.. left hand, right hand, both hands.. Do it till the back of your hands burn.. you really gotta force the changes on your hands in order to get better any time soon.
*edit* I forgot to mention, jacking is also an important function to practice.
    4.) Focus
    5.) Be patient
6.) Don't quit even if you're doing bad at the moment.. If u keep it up, you will improve in some way.
7.) Once you have found your appropriate speed mod, STICK WITH IT! (usually faster is better, as the arrows are more spread apart and easier to read)

Consistency and repetition is important! Realize that most of the game is physical finger power and speed. Once your fingers can move with ease, your mind starts focusing more on the rhythm and finger accuracy. Then you can move up a few judge levels and try to be even more accurate. Pretty soon, it all falls into place as long as these rules are followed.0

heh a 1 hander.. well if u truly pwn at 1 hand then it will be more physically impressive but its not as functional (never been a 1 hand AAAA).

You should definitely quit if you feel you should. You should absolutely not, under any circumstances, use the same CMOD / speed mod as a rule. Higher speed mods help, so if you can get used to them, then by all means, make use of them. If you can't move up, then you can't move up.

Focus, practice, and patience are of course good tips.

Sure u should quit if u want to but these are the guidelines for serious players who seriously want to master the game. And yes, once you have found the cmod that you like, stick with it i mean. it does help with pattern recognition.

But "if you cant move up, you cant move up" isnt true, thats wut makes alot of ppl quit.

change number 7 to something like 'once you have found the highest CMOD you are capable of, stick with it'

i dont focus so number 4 is die to me

with the be spread thingo...i guess you could change it to something like 'use whichever handstyle you are most comfortable with, but spread is more effiecent in the long run' or something along those lines.

The problem is really only on my left hand... It's like... The fingers are crippled or something :P

You should realize that nothing good comes of pushing yourself past the point where you are doing badly because you have been playing too hard and need to give your eyes / brain / wrists / whatever else a break. "Play play and play some more" is much too simple a strategy to get any good results from because you will end up overdoing it.

Feel free to ask a number of people here; when you take a break, you will almost always come back better than before.

EDIT: I noticed you AAAed EHHS, which is pretty impressive. But taking breaks is still a good idea. It's healthier for you and you'll get better at a fine rate.

No no, I meant if you can't move the CMOD speed up. Let's face it, if you're playing something like C1200, there's a good chance you won't be moving up much higher.

yeah thats better im happy now

except ive never really practiced trills...i remember back to a time when i had to jump mash trills in songs like A....but now i can trill songs like red dress (heavy)

i think your trills usually get better when you get better. at least thats how it is for one handers...

when it comes to 2 handers, i understand that they usually have one weaker hand than the other, but i just use one hander, so its a lot easier for me.

well i do have problems with up and down trills, because i use the one finger alternating between the 2 notes, i can turn my hand more side on but i usually miss the first note in the trill if i do that, so i think thats my major drawback.
