Speed Help?

Does anyone know some good songs to help improve my finger speed?
I play difficulties in the 6-9 area.

hmm if it's speed you're after, I suggest songs like over the frail dream for fast stream, uh maybe Hatten Carnivall! v1 for fast trills? I'm not sure :P

I've done that before, but it's a temporary effect for me, looking for something a bit more permanent.

Really the only way to improve speed is to practise. Also play spread and play with the fasted mod you can. x2 Should do you good until you hit stuff like Death Piano.

I was hoping nobody would suggest spread. I don't plan on switching, for anyone who decides to back that.

Spread will make you instantly faster. Sorry, but switching is the best way.

I recently started playing a lot and for the first time I'm seeing the benefits of spread. Playing four fingered I could only FC Very Difficult, now I'm FCing Very Challenging with spread.

Just practice I would assume. There's really no way to improve other than to keep on playing more challenging songs and pushing yourself further

To improve general finger speed, improve your typing speed. Go find some online typing tests or whatever and try them. See how you do.

If it's awful, practice practice practice.

Also, play other video games a lot. That should get you used to pressing buttons quickly.

I dislike the use of speed mods, and i will go back to normal speed every time. It's how I've been playing for the past four years, and it hasn't hurt me.

To improve general finger speed, improve your typing speed. Go find some online typing tests or whatever and try them. See how you do.

I hadn't thought of improving just general typing speed, i will try it. I am, however an avid gamer, and have been for years, and my reaction time is pretty good, at least as far as my friends tell me(i think it was .23 secs last time i checked, and that was for click speed which is slower than my normal pressing speed).

The name wasn't of my choosing, my brother made the account before i was playing this game, and i started about a month after and saw no reason to have my own account when we had already been getting a decent amount of credits(by our standards at the time).
