Turn down your speedmod. It's much easier to detect the notes when they're not blazing up the screen, and you get more reaction time. I, personally, use 1x for this song. Memorize the rhythms and have at least and idea of where each note should be. Once you do that, to PA the song, you have to memorize the slowdown. While the speed randomly goes up and down, it does so in a predictable manner; knowing where the drastic speedups and slowdowns are will dramatically improve your PA.
