have you ran a virus scan within the last year?
also i play in FF so that might cause some lag...

FFR lagging depends on processor speed and connection speed much more than RAM. I play FFR in FF and haven't noticed any FF related lag, but I have heard of it happening. So largely it depends on what else you have running that uses internet, and what you have running that uses up processor computing power...

srry about the double post...and my FF is messed...lol im about 99% sure its currently hijacked by some spam ware or something of that sort...because it runs over sixty percent processing, and has like a hundred thousand page faults...in two minutes....

How many tabs do you have open? Because if there's like 12 tabs open with lots of multimedia open, it would cause some serious major lag. As for spam, I've never had a virus, spam, or spyware, so I wouldn't know.

EDIT: Probably has something to do with me using Linux, lol. There are way more exploits, viruses, etc. for Windows than any other OS, and Linux is also designed better for security than Windows.

Good old linux, probably going to install a copy on my laptop as long as i can get WIFI drivers and such, anyways...typically its just the one tab haha

A note on your song of the day: I'd really start practicing my PA, don't mean to discourage you or anything, but it's pretty horrible PA. Although your overall comboing and hitting arrows is still above average considering how long you've played.

And if this is your first time with linux, I'd suggest Kubuntu, or one of the more user-friendly distributions. Linux can be very overwhelming and confusing the first time around.

im actually a programmer/****er/developer I know my way around linux we'll enough, my first installation was Ubuntu five.zero one...but thanks, im probably going to still with it just because i have Five official CD's and i hate trying to boot mount stuff...



Edit: What is PA? Perfects VS boo's?...and ya as you can see at the start of the song i dont play for a few notes...thats because of lag, and sometimes i get overwhelmed by lag, and the fact that im not that fast yet...so i just push what looks like is coming and don't pay enough attention.
