Well it doesn't make sense why everyone would flame Rubix. Since Shash was the same way, he pretty much took over FFR but I've never seen anyone get mad at him for it.

About the whole Shash vs. Rubix thing:

Shash has been around for a long long time. He was in the FFR community when he was just a newb and had crappy scores. Over a long period of time his scores gradually got better and better and better until eventually he became the best in the game. People saw him grow and therefore were much likelier to believe his scores, seeing how he had grown over time. Just like with me, I have never been accused of BSing, ever, because I posted scores as I grew and became a good player (back when I played all the time and my scores were actually good ).

Rubix, on the other hand, came out of nowhere. This is not to say he has only played for a couple months, but he has never been a part of the FFR community. Then, all of the sudden, he comes out with amazing scores saying he has played SM for a while. Now, he has provided mountains of evidence toward his case, but it's hard for a community to accept a new number one when nearly every other good player and certainly almost every elite player has posted scores for years, including crappy ones back in the days of newbdom.

All I can say is, most people I've asked weren't even around back when people like Bemaniruler were releasing cutting-edge songs of difficulty like A or G2, back when people couldn't even read stuff like that. LONG before FFR was even made.

OMW isn't that fast compared to other songs I can do like Reality or the stream in Blur. You can hit things early easier without music.

Fast in FFR does not equal fast in SM. Go get a no perfect/marv on Reality then you can make the comparison. Or at least provide a little proof of your amazing ability.

Reach, how can you honestly believe a score like 490 goods and 10 averages? A no perfect score is a lot harder then AAAing, why do you think so many people have trouble with the Mario 8bit song token?

Guys... this flame on rubix is just plain retarded. Yes, the guy could make vids of himself playing the hardest songs on the planet, but the fact is, if you read the comments on the video, pure morons still disagree. So in the end, would it matter if he made a video? And although MR.Rubix is good, I dont think he could actually FC something like Demonfire again. What else you want from the guy? He's just real good. I dont know how Mr.Rubix can win in this flame because everyone is being so damn retarded and ignorant when the videos and evidence is posted on the site.
