        On FFR I use either 1.5x or 1.75x. On Stepmania depending on the BPM I usually use 3x or 3.5x and the C-mod that I use is C550.

                                            FFR: 1.0x with screencut more than covering up the combo. I also stretch and narrow the screen with the monitor and use 800x600 screen resolution to make the arrows easier to read.
                                            SM: C750, windowed mode (about half size maybe).

                                            Both I use up scroll.

                                                        then played 1X with screencut and improved all ranks by half instantly
                                                        then played 1.25X with less screencut
                                                        and now 1.50X with no screencut
                                                        and i dont even know how i was able to play with no speed mod really
