Can FFR use pauses?

I know FFR runs at C300, but I was wondering if it'd screw up if I uses a pause in my stepfile? The whole point of the pause is to offset notes... basically just to play around with the colour of the notes a little.

My song has a little fun with colours =D

The pause I'm using is only about 0.043 sec. All it's there for is to make pretty colours =D

The song I have is unusual. Most songs have 4th notes, and 8th notes.

The way mine was designed seems to have mostly 4th notes and 12th notes, similar to Tsugaru, however to even more of an extent.

When I have: 4th, 12th, 12th, 4th
Yes, I could turn that into: 4th, 8th, 4th, 8th
However that would mean that some of the drum beats would be on 4th note, and some on 8th notes, and it looks sloppy.

I had stepped 1,400 notes, and only used exactly 10 eigth notes up to that point. The name of the song, Blue Betrayal by DJ SHARPNEL, I noticed seemed to fit, coincidentally. The colour blue is betraying the song and its listeners. So, for fun, I've been playing around with the colours a bit, taking out the 10 blue notes that already existed, and turning them into yellows and other stuff.

At the very end, I used a half-beat pause, making the last four notes blue, pink, pink, blue. Nice for a finalé, I believe. =)

I'm not changing just one note here and there as a cheap way to take out blue notes. I'm taking logical portions of the song (Where the beat has a drastic change) and changing the colour of that portion, later changing it back to the classic red/purple mix.

Would I be asked to change this, Shash? The way I constructed the pauses, it doesn't make the song offbeat at all. They're just there to play into what I call "fun" and the lore of the title. Helps spice up what would otherwise seem a little repetitive or boring.

If I'm going to be asked to change this, tell me now please. Trying my best to get this one in, and I don't want a little colour to spoil that.
