Have I made progress In FFR?

As in, is my overall skill level ok for 1.14 (about) years? I was browsing profiles, and people who have been members for .25 years have 5,000 games and a 1xx rank...

I have 1 AAA, and my MP level is 14. (I don't boost, that's like the FFR version of taking crack, it gets you high, then you crash and die)

I am a regular member, playing at least 5 games a day, and going as high as 50 per day. I sometimes play multiplayer (lag and n00bs who spam get in the way at times.) and I do play simfiles.

Basically, how am I doing? It's hard for me to tell by myself. I want (and would like) an opinion or two.

You only have 1 AAA after 1+ year of playing regularly from 5-50 songs per day.

That's bad.

Post some scores in the "FFR scores" thread in the Brag Board, that's the best way to get feedback.

Your overall rank means nothing, it pretty much tells people how often you play. It's your average rank that means more, but does it really matter if we think you've improved or not?

No, two. My friend back on LI makes a huge deal of it, he says he's better than me, but he's not. (Considering he hasn't played in forever.)

AAAing doesn't necessarily mean how good you are either... because many players don't bother AAAing all the easy songs. I would try to play harder songs, if I were you and learn how to read the arrows and do the patterns with your fingers.

I know. Before, there wasn't anything that suited my taste, and anything that did I had already overplayed. However, i 've been getting more into it again, as there have been many good songs (The Games We Played, Coat Czech, etc.)

As for AAA's, The Color Of Battle continues to elude me, 2 goods is my best. I'll try Mario now, that'll be my last AAA for tonight (I plan on getting 10 during Christmas Break.)

I'm sorry to say, but IMHO your scores aren't very good for someone who's been playing for 1.14 years...you haven't even cracked 1,000,000 on CIA Rave yet which I think is a good benchmark song.

Some friendly advice: If you want to get better, don't focus so much on AAAing easy songs. Practice harder faster songs to improve your reading, reaction time and speed.

Actually, working on AAAing songs can really get his PA up, my PA sucks, but I can almost combo Silence, so I got a bad rank on it due to the fact that I got like 100 something goods and like 20 averages. >.<
So yeah, I've been working on easier songs, just to work on my PA.
