i consider myself a newb at this game, have been playing a bit more then 3 months.
some days i don't play at all. . .somedays i've played 100+ songs in a day.
okay here's what i don't understand.
just 3 days ago, there was no way i could even possibly think about doing emotions, burnout, fett's vette, and other songs with fast parts in them (but not insanely fast).
everytime the really fast parts in the song started, i missed almost all of them.
i could pass each of these songs. . .but on these songs my adverage was getting around 50-55 misses.
then bam, out of the complete blue. . .i tried emotions again. and to my amazement i all the sudden was able to read the fast part of the song, and nail almost all the arrows in the fast part.
so i've been trying a bunch of new songs during the last couple days. . .thinking maybe it was just a fluke. but i'm still able to read the faster arrows. . .and now it's easy for me to get under 10 misses in any of these songs.
it just makes no sense to me. it's like i went from having no hope (i almost took a break from the game, because i just couldn't do the faster songs) to all the sudden being able to read these faster arrows.
and it wasn't like it was a progressive thing either. it went from one day not being able to do it, to the next day. . .being able to do it.
i'm baffled. . .it makes no logical sense to me.
any thoughts?

this being said. . .i've played this game alot in the last 3 months. i play almost everyday, i've played 2157 games, and my rank is 2628.
so i do have a little experience. . .just not with these faster songs.
i've had a game with breaking the common with only 1 miss, 1 miss on one last battle, FC on secret zombie room, massive, snowflakes (all easy i know), and a few of the easier songs.
so it's not like i don't have any experience at all.
but still i just find it very odd.

i'm not trying to brag. . .hehe i'm quite far off from being able to brag. i can fc some songs, but i've yet to AAA anything. . .even the begginer songs.
