normall when i get huge combos on fast bpm songs, i dont zone out but i just sit there and watch my fingers do all the work, its effortless, until i miss a note then i have to concentrate again

Ok...... Well.... I just put this topic in general talk, cuz this has to do with noobs, challenges, bragging, and all that good stuff inbetween....

Anyways... You know how when you read a book, sometimes you tend to tune out, and think about something else, and then when you tune back in, you are down at the bottom of the page, but even though you were still reading, you have no idea what just happened, cuz you tuned out....

Well.... This is what this topic has to do about, but not tuning out while reading, tuning out while playing FFR....

Recently, a person by the name of M8mamiya wanted me to chellenge them, and so I did.... Normally I would break under the pressure of challenging someone, and miss a step or two that would normally be easy, but this challenge for once was out of the ordinary.... With this challenge, at almost the beginning of the song, I basically just started thinking about a movie I saw in the theatres recently, and then 2 minutes later, I just tune back into FFR near the end of the song, and notice that while I was tuned out, at the same time, I was playing FFR, on One Last Battle to be exact....

The crazy thing was, that my score at the end of the song, was better than I had ever done.... You can see my stats on the pic I attached, this is where I brag.... lol....

So this is what I'm also trying to get at.... A lot of people try to think of ways to find out how to tell if you have crossed over the line from being a noob, to being one of the true players of the game.... And this is another thing I'm trying to point out, I think that if you ever subconciously just tune out of FFR during a song, then I think that is when you are no longer a noob, because the weight of the game isn't on your shoulders, you don't have to freak out about every keypress you do and you don't have to be intent and extremely focused on the game, but more laid back, and enjoying playing FFR and having a good time.....

So yeah.... Has anyone else ever just tuned out like I did? That and whatdya think about my score, eh? I think it's one of the sexier screen shots I have.... To think the first good was from almost the first arrow (stupid me) and the second good was from when I tuned back into FFR and was like, "HUH!? The song is almost over already? WTF?"..... lol

So yeah.... I hope what I said made some sense to it.... By the way.... As for M8mamiya, he has yet to accept the challenge yet....~sigh~.... anyways.... any thoughts people? Peace out....
because you are begining to believe. the matrix has you...

lol the same thing happens to me during ffr
