My most to least comfort is probably

          12
          43
          34
          21

So I can do best on inwards rolls (ccw spin), worst on outwards rolls (cw spin), and left-right or right-left rolls are about the same.

            Right to left is easier.

            I'm left handed.

So my background prior to discovering FFR is playing Marimba, got pretty damn good at it too / have my own at home.

The 2 most common 4 mallet roles are 1234 and 4312. That translates to what I'm comfortable with in FFR. So LUDR and RDLU. Those 2 I can pretty much do with infinite ease. All the other permutations are a little more janky for me.

TL;DR - Left to Right, or Split roll.
