Your honor, keep in mind that it was Cedolad who was the one who actually did the kill onto Sage of the Forest. Since he was the last vote onto Cedolad, he indeed put the dagger into the heart of the past Sage of the Forest.



I merely found him suspicious. Anyone can suggest anyone being suspicious. But it's the last vote that seals the fate of an individual from living or dying. I in no, way, shape, or form killed Sage!

A cop, doctor, or whatever, the point is still the same. You betrayed your own enforcement and murdered an innocent civilian through the final vote which killed Sage of the Forest!

It states quite clearly in the event moderation documents that there were multiple people partaking in the murder. Whether Cedolad committed the first stab, or the last stab, or was part of a conspiracy altogether remains a mystery, and that goes for everyone else who had partaken in it.

It also states on Page 22 of the TWG archives that soon after the moderation update was given, j-rodd and eventually Cedolad casted their votes for killing the sage although they really didn't matter, which my friend Xiz has provided to the court.


However, the turmoil leading up to the sage's death was cause of the first people to partition their votes towards the sage's death, due to the immense amount of people wanting the sage dead. In a landslide victory, the majority killed the sage in the forest in cold blood.

Check the moderation report again. Everyone has 1 vote to be lyched except for the sage, meaning the first 2 people voting for the sage to be killed did the most harm in this vote.,

Oh, I checked the report Gold, and your claim doesn't hold any ground. If you argue that Jrodd's vote did no harm at all, then the same applies not only to Yo Man, but myself. Remember, only the last vote causes the death. Also, your claim of 'Who is doing the first and last stabbing' doesn't hold up either due to the possibility of anyone being one vote away from death. However, those votes can change, as they did with votes moving off of Viccia during that day phase.

You can't just blame the last person to hop on a bandwagon for something.

That's like giving the fat kid detention last minute because he was hanging around bullies so he wouldn't get picked on. Everyone has to be treated fairly, or not at all. Last person to a party doesn't mean anything besides trying to blend in.


If you want to follow rules where everyone should be treated evenly like you proposed:

If you argue that Jrodd's vote did no harm at all, then the same applies not only to Yo Man, but myself.

Then that would mean that no one were to be at blame at all, making your entire runaround worthless.


I really think we should get back to the matter on hand, where this court lies in judgment of DavidHarms first post, yes?
We can deal with Xiz's current run-in-with-the-law in a later trial, as it's an entire case in itself.
