As a recording from yesterday's proceedings, we are still left on the idea that Mr. Xiz has opened up with there being brainwash activity under DavidHarms' belt. If indeed he was brainwashed, then his first post could be excluded as his real first post on the FFR Forums.

I for one would like to hear more about this "Brainwashing". Is there any leads to the deciphering of said "brainwash" code? And also, what has the man in question done during his time of absence since his first post? Before-hand? Also, did anyone even bother to read the post?

okay look... im not quite a noobie... im actually okay... well i got a problem... well @ school im pro... i can do every difficulty song no problem without smashing buttons... i can fcs up to 8s and prob AAA up to 6s if i wanted to... but @ home... i cant fc past 7s and cant do past 7s because of the fact that when i hit 3 or more arrows @ once my computer beeps which laggs my keyboard to my screen which means when i hit 3 arrow keys really fast to nots that are close together it picks up as me hitting 3 @ once so the 4th note i miss ... and because of that songs like Nomina Nuda Tenemus i cant do ... i cant even get a couple nots b4 i 'lagg' out... i still hear the music but i dont see any mroe notes until the beeping noise stops... usually only beeps 1x but on songs wiht a crap load of notes ill fail because it is giving me boos instead of the notes and makingf me miss the notes... any suggestions?!? i know its a type of feature on ym computer... i dont know any pros about this feature but most importantly notes like this

The accused was simply trying to display a way of re-enacting note patterns from FlashFlashRevolution without learning proper FFR Terminology & Etiquette. Unless you can prove that this mess of a failure for FFR Terminology is brainwashing, you don't have me convinced.

Does the young Mr. Xiz have any evidence showing that inside DavidHarms' first forum post does share characteristics of brainwashing?

Please note the mental state Mr. Harms is in during his statement. As you can see, there are a significant amounts of sections that trail in and out, as if Mr. Harms is going in and out of his conscious state, almost as if he is saying it against his best intentions. There are even several sections where he can't even complete words fully due to how brainwashed he actually was!




If you are still not convinced, let's note the differences between his current testimony with his past testimony.

Notice the significant differences between the two posts. During his previous post, he clearly wasn't able to complete full sentences or even use proper grammar. However, now you can clearly tell that there is a significant change since after all these years, the brainwashing has worn-off. Weather that his brainwashing can be re-triggered again is a mystery.... but the fact still remains...



Mr. Harms could not have been in his own conscious self when creating the first post! He even said it himself!

If you look closer at his first post that he ever made provided the source given by Arkuski, you will see that this post was created back in 2009, 4 years from today.




If you payed close attention to the age at which he posted, and when he signed up, you would find that he was the age of 18 when he signed up. Doesn't that raise a lot of suspicion, considering we have rules against being younger than 13 and having an account on FFR?


The defendant wasn't brainwashed, he deliberately lied about his age on the website to make it think he was 18, so he could have access to all the content it provides. The reason it has so many spelling errors was because he was younger than 13 when he made that post.

it took me like an hour to read all this.... i just wanted to say hi to everyone. lol..... Glad there is still a lot of people active on this game. my rank has went from 6k to 5k in like 2 days. im hoping to get it under 3k by next week
