Magnum is my favorite mini-jack practice song. It's rather fast though so if it's not speed you want to work on them maybe it's not any good, I dunno. Worth a shot!
Why not just make some shit in Stepmania to practice at different BPMs?

best solution for ANY "how can I improve (skill)?" question. If you have a weakness, isolate it in a way that you can control it. I picked up really good mini-jack skill by starting at a base BPM of 150, in 16th note intervals, doing them in succession of two notes at a time -- this taught me the concept of rhythmic subdivision/accenting. Every two notes was an 8th note, so I knew to practice accenting every red/blue couplet. This is rarely applicable, but the practice in accenting will give you really good control in the long run.

I see; I'll try to subdivide certain patterns so I'll have more control over the stepfile. Thanks for the advice!
