Read again, he added a comment about using an offset so that the waiting time is (almost) zero. It would work if instead of the restart button you use the quit button, and simply manage to press quit+restart very quickly after eachother. Basically, if you use for example ASKL you can find a song that starts with [123], set appropiate note offset to have the hand right as you hit restart, have quit on J and restart on H so that you can simply roll your right hand over LJH and trill the AS on and on and on.
Quickedit: It's probably also possible to set up a quad instead, so that the "roll" on the right hand would be [KL]JH instead. For another 33% faster point accumulation.
