Now what I'm wondering is if anyone is actually up for getting 2,147,483,647 (maximum score according to Velocity's recorded number in the tracker) within 24 hours using Vertex Beta vROFL for its high TPS beginning.

I mainly did the 24 hour competition for the experience, and stopped at 1.6 billion for incentive to anyone else that wanted to get any higher GTS.

it was tough doing 743mil in one day. but that was before I was good enough for EHHS, and VS hadn't been released yet. did mainly makiba, but also kakke, cia and yoshi. vrofl eventually once i unlocked it
i wonder how i'd do now that i could handle VS...

I've never been here for any of them so I'd like to try it sometime. I think I got a good strategy, too. Play a song that starts with a hand, and have one of your hands on the keys to all the arrows and the other on the restart button. If you just trill between those all day it should rack up a lot of points. Use the offset so the song starts right on the hand. Haven't tried it yet but I think it could work really well in theory. 6,200 per time you trill, so if you could trill like even 100 times a minute it'd be 6,200,000 points per minute. That's way faster than mashing VS Boss Battle.

Edit: Miscalculated lol. Well do it at least like 200 times a minute and it'd still be really fast points.

The restart button is not your friend while whoring for score. The score doesn't save when you simply do a restart, so you need to hit the quit button instead, then the restart. I wasted 15 minutes of my hour trial run before going for dendrite v2 because of that.

this would never work. not just the fact of so many restarts, but the time lost every time waiting for the first notes
