I am not gonna make it. Cutoff is already low 20s and I just posted a new best of 34-0-0-3. Might as well keep my goals realistic and just hope for a miracle sub-30.

@Trogdor: Apparently I've never had any idea what I'm doing, then. The highest I ever got on PO was 1173 Standard OU with a team someone else assembled.

My guess now is that it's a Flying type because Eevee would already occupy what would be the Normal type. And it doesn't look like Fighting or any other types.
Oh yeah, I heard someone mentioned that the name might be derived from "Sylph" which refers to the air/wind spirit.

So yeah. I'm probably out this round. My best is the equivalent of 30 clean and cutoff is SDG.

It was fun, though. Only the second time I've made it to round 4, first time doing so in D5.

Given the two Normal-type moves (Swift and what I presume is Trump Card) used in the Sylveon trailer, would it be a stretch to say that we're going to get a Normal-type Eeveelution? That sounds more feasible than postulating two new types altogether.

While the trailer does note that the game footage isn't final, it does show Hariyama, Gligar and Krookodile as the targets of its wrath, so tack on 3 more lines to the mysterious new French region.
