So someone is shouting "I knew it."

Starters' final types will be Fire/Psychic, Grass/Dark and Water/Fighting, forming a reverse rock-paper-scissors triangle with the secondary types and averting everyone's fears of a fourth straight fire/fighting.

So let me get this straight: Not only does the fire starter resemble my favorite Pokemon, but it also evolves into one of my favorite types?

See if everyone fan boys to Fennekin like they blindly do Charizard (he sucks people, always has) I'll probably jump to Chespin because I loathe all fighting types (save for Gallade and Meloetta.)

I will however finally put a pink Pokemon on my team with Sylveon simply to try it out. I'm sort of hoping it's base stats get a nice jump from the old combinations.

Froakie, the long lost older brother of Poliwrath. As he grows tired of living in Poliwrath's young shadow Froakie finally builds up the courage to venture out into the wilderness, training for that day when he can finally show everyone that he is just as good(and better) than that gutshowing tadpole of a brother.
