A few haven't been rerated, don't know why. Acid-Ace is still 10 and Over the Ocean is still 11 that I've noticed

Acidace and over the ocean were minor errors that have been fixed. Thanks for the heads up.

As for some of the other (currently) unrated files, our 2 difficulty consultants are discussing the most recent releases still, so expect that to be a non-issue very very soon~

I thought Base64 did not have "=" symbols in them. I tried replacing them with F, F, R, but it gave me an invalid word length. Am I warm yet?

If you remove the "=" it is this - which is definitely not english.

          Code:
          ŠÏ{BîÝœËuFr
          TÙ˜m%vvŒQˆ•èFvÈݹ¥'2±Q™ºvvŒÝ¬´÷g`=Úv AÉ›‚”f´ž•ÜFrÓýÙˆCw/·Qˆ–ÈFvÐÝ»''¡Ú€¬vŸAI3–g7˜›Ò
Though I'm prob no where near the answer. smd velo :'C

The idea of remove is correct, what you did was wrong though.

Also, you you try to decode
            WiS=G4Xe01l2YvUxWZWlBCLlLZ3bs3BCa0sl2V3
together with the other one, you're going to have a bad time. It's separate text, same encode function.

It was the basis of the encoding done in the R^2 engine, it's designed for the sole purpose of preventing someone as good as me at editing important things in the game swf's. While not impossible for someone better. I'm using a more advanced approach to this now, so this technique is moot.

That Oni suggestion is hilariously bad

Oni and Heavy are mile stone tokens. Make the requirement more along the lines of "AAA a dificulty 9" for heavy and "AAA a difficulty 11" (Changing these numbers in accordance to the new system) and even change Scarhand to an fgo aaa cause making it reality only in the first place hardly makes any sense.

At least it's not some antipa garbage so props for not suggesting that kind of **** up though.

Hell while we're on the subject change those tokens as well, or give them their own list. There's no reason to not separate them.

It takes 3 steps to decode it. It's painfully easy if you know either the output or have 2 encodes of the same text.

I just wanted to see if someone could. I've seen bypasses of the decode completely, but no crack of it itself.

"=" are used in Base64 is the length of the string is not mod 4, it's used as padding to make it even.

I'm thinking it's something along the lines of drop some characters, then rearrange characters/groups of characters, then decode, because apparently = is valid at the end of a string to tell you to drop bits and I'm fairly sure valid base64 strings always have a length divisible by 4 which neither of the above have.

May be reading too much into what you're saying but you mentioned removing and having two different encodings of the same text which would make sense if there was garbage being added
