I'm really happy to see that there have been so many user tournaments since I did my last one. Now it's time for the one division higher tourney!
What is the one division higher tourney? Well for this tournament you'll be required to play in your normal division but also will have to compete in the division above yours. The person who comes out on top in the division higher will get to claim a bonus credit prize. For the highest division I'll likely use one of the custom engines to provide harder content.
Scoring/Eliminations
This tournament will be an elimination style tournament. Most of them have been cumulative scoring lately, time to bring back good 'ol elimination. This will still use raw scoring. (Your score prior to the combo bonus for those who may not know).
Divisions
Divisions will be decided based on the sign-ups. There will be at least 6 divisions, but depending on how many sign up I may add the 7th.
Rounds/Start Date
The expected start date will be Thursday September. 11th at 11:59pm server time. There will be 6 rounds and rounds will be 4 days long.
Rules/Submission Guidelines:
1. NO CHEATING. Do not try to sign up with an alternate account, bot, have others play for you, etc.
2. Be respectful to all other competitors in the tournament. Arguments will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the tournament.
3. No late submissions will be allowed for this tournament.
4. Submissions should be in screenshot form. If you take a video of a run, be sure to grab the screenshot, or we will not accept it.
For those of you who do not remember how to take a screenshot, here's some help:
SCREENSHOTS SHOULD INCLUDE:
- The score being submitted
- Server timestamp
-Username (if you're logged in it should be right on the results screen)
