I just noticed I've been placed in D4. Not sure if that's because of my ranks or because of the tourney (hence the thread title) but in the other 3 tournaments I've recently played in (and current ones), I've been playing in D3. All my fellow D3ians are in D3 still but I don't think I've had much of a skill boost in recent times, if anything, dropped in skill.

Would prefer to move down to D3 but I'm cool to stay in D4 although will probably get knocked out first few rounds if I stay.

It is based on ranks, you have a blackflag on Extreme Dishwasher Race which is a 61. You also have 1-0-0-1 on Nova Pulser which is a 60. You also have a few more VC SDGs in the mix in there. You're basically in one of those tough spots because you have a few scores that are just a bit too much for D3.

I'll look into it a little more, and have a full decision before start tomorrow.

Edit: Aww moved to D6. What does the difficulty spread look like for D6? 74-88ish or something? And plz don't pick anything fast like Etude for the Sinners or thinking of you etc etc. Lolol.

Yep, soooo I was trouble-shooting and found out why I was sucking so much recently. Lowered my speed mod from 2.6 to 2.4 and now I'm much better at FFR (still not as good as TS/SM, but a lot better) and would be very uncomfortable with being D5. I'm definitely D6.

I know that I am really busy right now but this is very exciting and I think I'll join Also, check my replays when determining my division as most of my good replays are there. But I'm pretty sure I'm still D3 and D4 for this one.

Since we have 4 days per round that will be plenty of time to submit a score

We have literally been having the same issues, except I wasn't doing good on slow, so I bumped up to 2.95 speed, but then I was having trouble getting the speed back so I'm now back down to 2.7 and I'm doing just fine
