I propose [(highest * 1000) / (lowest / 10)]

If rushy's proposal comes through, an easy song for the 0.1x rate would be Driveway [Light]. I suggest finding the timestamp for each arrow and then multiplying the time by 10 to know when to check back.
Meanwhile, I can't play on Sunday so here's something to count as my submission.

before you kill yourself vibrating, as it stands, +1 to the highest is only 10k more credits into the pool. If revision I suggested is made, it will be equal to 100k.

Can't get past 40-50% on 33x, this is probably my limit
