Good job on the multiplayer stuff guys, I see group projects are working out well. Hopefully you can keep it up for the next challenge, because it's a big one.

I've got to wake up pretty early tomorrow, so I'm just going to post tomorrow's challenge now! The extra couple of hours to think of how you'll pull it off is probably good anyway.

so pretty much perfects = miss + boo in daily stats at the end of the day and if 10 people submit a difference of 1 or less (combined) we get a big prize. Got it.


best (most mindless) way to rack up extra boos is by playing power or something and hitting 1 perfect followed by 9 boos and quitting. This will result in a positive total and raw score, which means it will record.
For the more skilled (or antiskilled) of you, just shoot for BBB with a bunch of boos or misses.

I would say the best plan of action if you plan on submitting is to get your boo count up this way and submit your stats early with a perfect count equal to your miss + boo count. If EVERYBODY can do this, we will get that 1 mil credits in. We can also coordinate an "anchor" to be the last person to submit for the day that will even everything out, should something go wrong.

If you submit for this challenge, please make sure that your perfects are EXACTLY EQUAL to your misses + boos. I gave a strategy that makes accomplishing this extremely easy. Hopefully we won't need to utilize an anchor.

To be honest I'm just antiskilling LUV TO ME 2011 over and over again and using other songs to help balance it out if I make mistakes.

You have a chance of evening it out to 50/50 if you are able to play constantly for a while.

Using rushy's advice, if you do this about 1,300 times, then you should have enough boos that you are able to get it close to even. It would take about 6 seconds to do it once along with a bit of extra time between ending and restarting the song, so if you do it constantly that's around 2 hours and 45 minutes that you would need to spend on it.

It would be pretty boring, but it gets the job done.

change your judge or global offset to like 3 and only hit half the notes in a bunch of songs. A strategy for this is to just put your right hand on keys that aren't bound to arrows. For instance, my normal setup is KL56 and I would put my left hand on KL like normal, but put my right hand on *- which doesn't go to anything, which casues a ton of misses. Paired with the high offset, you should get a lot of misses and not a lot of perfects.

Okay, rushy's advice on it is a lot better than mine.

Two good songs if you want to do it very quickly are Vs Boss Battle and Firstaidvision, both are very dense in notes and are less than 1:30 each and you should be able to keep yourself alive if you hit notes constantly enough.
