3 eggs + chopped bella mushrooms cooked in 1.5 tbsp of butter
Bowl of oats with 1 tbsp of butter and a dash of brown sugar
bowl of steamed broccoli cooked in 1 tbsp of butter
Grilled chicken breast cooked in butter
grilled cheese sandwich(muenster cheese)
cup of espresso with milk
Eaten in that order. This has been my breakfast lately. Am I doing it right? Is there such a thing as too much butter? I'm trying to gain muscle and a little fat(winter's here), I'm a skinny guy, 6ft 150lbs. Any other tasty foods that happen to be good for you, that I could add to the mix?
