I would like to try to create my own music. However, I do not know any program that would help me to do so. So that is my question; what is any good program that could help me to make music? Of course, I want to make techno music. Thanks for the answers.

Learn to play an instrument and then use that instrument alongside a program.

Otherwise there are programs like Fruityloops (if that's the correct name) that can assist you with making music.
