It was nice, but 2 things:
Not sure about the drums filtering in, especially to an established riff. That drum pattern could have been developed just a little bit more, but that song was kinda short so it's not really much of an issue. It's probably a stylistic thing for me, but abrupt drum entrances work a lot better from my experience.

A personal thing, I think that lead is a little intrusive and could be better if you used something like a sine wave just so it sounds smoother.

Not too shabby, it's a good job.

Yup, I'll try a more sudden drum entrance (and maybe even mix it up, pattern wise) and the lead does sound a bit sharp, heh.
Perhaps a more "traditional" instrument for that part.

Needs a crash or something at 0.56 imo. Also make the drums die off or remove the snare or something during the speech sample or add a reverse crash or whatever, just make it do something different for a short while.

Agreeing with anwar about the filtered drums, but I think the lead is fine. Might sound cool if you use a sampled ethnic instrument like a koto or something, but you'd probably need to introduce something else as well in that case.
