It might be possible to make LSDJ style music in famitracker, the N163 expansion chip gives you 1-8 'arbitrary waveform' channels, all I'd need are some sick instruments to use for them

unfortunately famitracker, no matter how you draw the wave patterns, will never be able to fully emulate the raw powerful sound of the gameboy. also you can't run tables in famitracker and people never use the sweeps the same way for bass drums and such because everyone just uses dcpm samples.

I used a triangle wave sweep in one of my songs (Mountain Stage) though I'm not sure what the best settings are
