Depends on the quality you're looking for. I'm not that great, but we have some pretty darn good artists on here when it comes to layouts. Good luck getting them to notice you though..

all i really want is a header that says Afghan | Kush but i would like it in black and white with the same effects as my profile image if you get what i mean
