There are only 6 characters that you would need to figure out, and I'm pretty sure that you could guess them if you tried. If I had a little more time I might try to just brute force it, but I'll leave that to one of you guys for now.

Edit: I'm willing to bet "KA3N" is the first 4...

I have a really good guess for all but 2 of the letters/numbers by just using sharpening tools in photoshop. I suppose I could just go through the alphabet a few times to get it, but I'm having fun trying to deblur this haha.
