Was wondering if you could make me a Sig and Avi set, please!?

The avatar has to have the crown that I'm using in it. Doesn't really matter what size. With the signature, I was looking for something that dealt with royalty(gold, jewels,more crowns, w.e you can come up with lol) and my name on it somewhere in a sweet looking font if possible.
