I'm sure a bunch of FFR users have PSPs
Hell, they have FFR FOR PSP, (well arrow rhythm games at least, like PSP Revolution)

Dang. They really need to add wallpaper options for the NDS. Are others allowed to make them and submit them, or is this just to see yours?
