umm..i will just try to do w.e. it is
just set ur perimeter within the submission...somewhere i can see
request such as... character, scenery, object....stuff like that i guess....if thats what u mean

What he means is, to just describe what you'd like for him to make for you. Narrow it down to make it easier for him to understand [as said: character, scenery, object], therefore you can receive at least close to what you had in mind.
