Not sure if there's another place this thread should be in but....

How do you guys get those anime characters or creatures into your banners?

i know my profile banner has a character in it but i did that with paint, which took too much time and is terribly sloppy

help please?

Okay, I don't think I explained very accurately.

I want to know how it's done on photoshop, and not MS paint.

Go to 32-Bit, and you can buy banners from banner-makers...
