Probably would still be against the rules, even if they are drawn well, which I presume yours would be.

It still would be "well, there are 13 year olds here and you wouldn't want them seeing naked people, even if they are drawn".

Probably the same as hentai or anime, which are drawn.

There is also a huge gap in what is artistic, and what is pornographic, I mean look at every statue in Rome, all nudes, but those are displayed on tv everywhere, so I dunno.
